Well for example the West destabilizes nations and goes in for the resources. If a nation doesnt bow down to the interests of the West than immediately the leader is pegged a dangerous Dictator and taken down. I can see this and im American. But id rather? observe my German heritage.

In relation to #1, he and his government have been accused of war crimes, with the European Court of Human Rights remarking "the astonishing ineffectiveness of the prosecuting authorities in this case could only be qualified as acquiescence in the events." This was in relation to the massacre at the Novye Aldi massacre in Chechnya. It's an? interesting read, to put it mildly. America at least pretends to care when they massacre civilians, as opposed to Putin's government.
