actually no. I'm a big stickler for correct wigs and I hate spray on hair dyes. I'm a super cosplay nazi and I know it's a career, an art form, and an act. I'm a super perfectionist cosplayer. Don't even begin to judge me when you don't know me. YES being overweight does effects ones health but I know heavier people who have actually been evaluated by doctors are diagnosed as healthy? individuals. I know judgement is everywhere but I didn't expect pricks in the cosplay area too.

Hun, I have been cosplaying since I was 7. I know for a fact it is all for fun, if you ask any longterm cosplayer who cares, they will tell you the same. Skinny? or chubby, pale or dark, short or tall, wig or no wig, genderbent or not, cosplay is about having fun dressed like a character you love.

@VisualVisu2011 Being overweight isn't just bad for cosplay, it effects people's health, confidence, it also gets them judged. Weight has to do with almost everything. Also, whenever you put yourself on the internet? you're going to get judged, even if you don't want to. I SAID Cosplay is mostly for fun, but it's not all for fun. I bet you're the kind of person who thinks people don't need a wig or you always say, "At least they tried." Or, "Cosplay is ALL for fun." When it's not.

People really need to leave the Meiko cosplayer alone. Larger people can cosplay too and pull it off amazingly- sometimes even better than thinner people. I find that larger girls make better Caterinas (Trinity Blood), Beryls & Nehelenias (Sailor Moon), and even some Lolita? characters because the outfits are large and slimming. Meiko is supposed to look like a giant bonbon anyways! Have you all even seen the original PV? Leave judging cosplays to art sites and competitions, NOT Youtube.

Weight shouldn't be anything. you shouldn't even be saying "it's not ONLY her weight". you should be saying that? her weight has nothing to do with it. And as insideimmortal said, cosplay IS for fun. And yea some do it as a job too. It is also a career. But I noticed nothing wrong with her wig at all. It doesn't throw off the cosplay at all even if it is slightly off. You only should get JUDGED if you submit into competition or cosplay clubs on art sites. NOT Youtube.

@insideimmortal Cosplay is an art. You'll get judged. Some people do it for a job, so, it's not just for fun. It's? mostly for fun...but.... it's just like drawing. Some people are horrible, so why do it. People CAN improve, but she needs to improve ALOT! It's not only her weight, she needs a new wig.
