that? aside, if someone has a strict budget of under 70k and want a new big luxury car with nice gadgets, the Equus is a decent choice

the A8 is $10k more. Speaking from a new car...you're not going to need any maintenance. The brakes are vented discs...all you would need is brake pad replacement just like any other car. the A7 is actually pretty much the exact price. apologies again for? comparing it to an avalon...but an equally equipped new avalon hits near $45k which i don't really consider 'cheap'. And i assume, and i could be wrong, that people able to spend about 60-65k on a car won't mind spending a bit more

Yeah A7 A8 we are talking about another category... u were comparing the Equus to? a fucking Avalon. plus for an Audi A8 u have to pay much more, once the Audia A8 needs maintenance of brakes... ur pocket will hurt big timie.

also go and compare it to the Audi A7 and A8. in order for the power delivery to be extremely smooth in a very heavy car (which is most luxury sedans) you need a high amount of torque. horsepower is the? raw power produced by the engine and supplied to the wheels. torque is rotational power applied. for these cars you need high torque at relatively low RPMs to have smooth delivery. the Equus has 376 ft-lbs. @ 5000 rpm...what kind of luxury car would be revving to 5000 RPM exactly?

you realize...Lexus is a brand of Toyota, just like the Equus is a brand of Hyundai?...and, toyota has a far better track record of reliability and quality than the equus. you're saying a toyota is crappy...do you think a Hyundai is some kind of superior car? lol. and if you read my post's first sentence...here i'll quote..."overall its not entirely bad of a car...but neither here nor? there" and by that i mean its not luxurious enough to be competitive against the ls, s class, etc, and not cheap enough to go against avalon, rl, etc. and if you've noticed the? legroom in the back is actually not that big either. apologies for the misunderstanding. hope that cleared it up.
