all she did was hire him to do a job and he did it extremely well, and added a lot to her brand and her show. A thank you note for a gift is common courtesy, just because he worked for her and now does not, doesn't mean he isn't worthy of common courtesy. I believe the thank you has already been given...in the form of a very lucrative career. Without Rachel Zoe and her reputation, as well? as her television show on Bravo, no one would have known who Brad was/is....and none of the "famous" individuals Brad now styles would have given him the time of day.
