I have been threatened at gunpoint this August during broad daylight, at the transit center across from? West End. Too many officers hangout together at WE. Many trying to impress each other with such bravado by harassing broke students, passing homeless, and giving citations, based on rules that can't be found in any law code. I see the same people selling drugs everyday for over the last few years. Focused on the right people. Only then will West End become a proper destination spot.

I don't understand why DART police needs so many officers for just one person every day. 9/28/11 - As I perform a moving dismount from a bike, a dart cop tries to run into me via bike. I crash. Jaywalking at the Chipotle intersection + lecture on helmets. 10/18/11 - 6 officers(one on a motocycle) ticket a student, who was going to get her free El Centro pass 10/24/11 - 5 officers handcuff a man who fell asleep on? that bench behind you. They walk him off the station and release him.
