I'm not sure how many parts this part will take, so I'll edit it later.
Being Kanto's Power Plant is suffering, so we gotta get there and fix it. To reach the Power Plant you can travel north through Cerulean or east through Lavender and Rock Tunnel. I went east. This is probably the main quest in Kanto, after this you'll be pretty much free to go anywhere you want.

Here's the Vermillion to Olivine trip. Would've showed this whole thing in one video... if I could upload longer videos. Meh.
Also, there's a double battle with eight Pokemon here, I thought that was neat.
Anyway, in conclusion, this is a great place to grind your team a little before tackling the Kanto region.

That's right, you can re-visit the S.S. Aqua and take it from either Vermillion or Olivine and there'll be different trainers for you to battle. It leaves from Olivine to Vermillion on Mondays and, if I'm not mistaken, Fridays.
Also, I'm only gonna show the trainers. Gotta make time because of the 15:30 time limit.

In this second part, we meet Louie and hire him for our first dungeon exploration. These are important because you can sell the items you obtain for free for a 100% profit.
There are other adventurers in the future but levelling them takes a while and since we already have Louie, I'll stick to him for the remainder of the game.
